get tutorial on the process on in House HRA accounting
I would like to be able to take a tutorial on your website about how to set up the accounting for an HRA reimbursement in Quickbooks, or any other business accounting software. As of right now, in order to do it you either have to already know, or find a blog on intuit to see how its dont... I think it would be a reletivly simple and inexpencive amenity to offer your clients and it would be greatly appreciated by those of us who, this is our first times with HRAs.

Retroactively Record Reimbursements
Need the ability to retroactively record reimbursements that were made in previous calendar year (2012) but not recorded until this calendar year. The report should show reimbursements recorded this year but actually paid in the prior year.

create downloadable document that provides full detail of all approved claims
I would like to be able to download and print out all of the approved claims, with all of the detail, so that I can have a paper file. Right now all that you can offir us is the online data, which is good, but I want to have a paper trail.

Choose the day I receive weekly allerts about reimbursements.
We process all our bills on thursday, we cut checks on thursday, when we run payroll every two weeks, we do so on a thursday. It would be nice if we could choose to receive our reimbursement allerts on a thursday, making it less clutter in our inbox than chooseing daily, and allowing our employees up untill that thursday to get their claims in.

have a help article explaining how to fill our a claim submission form
Many participants are unsure what information to put on their HRA claim submission form. Zane help articles currently do not have a step-by-step or detailed guide on what information goes where. This could alleviate many phone calls and re-submissions if this was available

Potential clients to generate own referral with link on our partner brochures
When partners are sending electronic brochures to clients and like what they see at the bottom of the brochure we might add a link that generates a referral and a call from RSM to the partner.

Have the ability to make a claims correction and HSA correction at the same timee
When making an HSA correction on an approved claim, you must update the claim correction and then go back to your correct tab, go back into the participants account and then making the correction to the HSA deductible. Can we streamline these so you may make changes to both before submitting?

Batch Reimbursement Report
I have the option of downloading an XML or Excel file. Can I download a PDF file? I would like to delegate the reimbursement task to a member of my staff. I do not want my staff member to have access to the file to edit the amounts due. Can you offer a PDF download?

Submit more documentation to pending recurring claims
I received an email that you need more documentation to approve my pending claim, but there is no place to add another form of documentation. It would be great to be able to do that from the pending claim secion.

Have previously used receipt available in the first drop down option under "documentation" when submitting a new claim

See the claim # that is being reimbursed from my administrative account.
I get email saying there is a problem with claim # xxxxx. I would like to see the claim #'s being reimbursed so I know that if I didn't approve a problem claim that is isn't being reimbursed.

Example of claims that would be rejected vs. example claims that would be approved
It would be helpful if you had some examples of submissions that would get rejected and why, along with examples of what doesn’t get rejected and why. (in your "ideas" section, perhaps?)
